What this website collects and what happens to it.

Who we are
OnResource Global Services FZC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We decide how the details you send through this website are used. Email info@onresourceglobal.com.
What we collect
The details you choose to send through the contact form: your name and email address and, if you choose, your company, the area of support you are interested in, and your message. Our website host and form service may also keep standard technical records, such as your IP address, to run and protect the site.
If you book a call
If you use the Book a call button, you go to our online booking service. It collects your name, your email address, the time you choose and anything you type in its question box, and sends them to us so we can join the call. Please do not include confidential or personal information in that box. Once you leave this site, the booking service’s own privacy notice also applies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal and carry out the work. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.
Our basis
You ask us to deal with your request, and we need your details to do that. Where you send extra details, you choose to give them to us. You can withdraw this at any time.
Who sees it
People who handle enquiries on our behalf. They work remotely and may access your details from outside the UAE. Our website hosting and form-handling service providers also process it for us, and they may store it outside the UAE, in other countries. We use these providers only to run the website and receive your message. If you book a call, the booking service also receives your booking details. We share your details with others only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up working together, we keep it for 12 months after our last contact. If we do work together, we keep it for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it.
Cookies and other sites
This site uses no analytics or advertising tools. If you open a link to another website, you leave this site and that website’s own privacy notice applies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you; correct them; delete them; limit how we use them; stop using them; give you a copy you can reuse; or stop any use that depends on your consent. Email info@onresourceglobal.com. We reply within one calendar month. If we cannot, we tell you why, and the law may allow up to two more months for a complex request.
Other laws
This notice is written for a business based in the UAE. If you live or work elsewhere, the data protection law there may also apply to you. Email info@onresourceglobal.com and we will tell you how we handle your details under it.
Complaints
Please write to us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UAE’s data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
Changes
If we change this notice we post the new version here with a new date.
